Refund Policy
Last updated: 13 September 2026
This policy explains when a wallet deposit or purchase on Trade Connector Indian Market is refundable. It applies to payments made by any supported method. It does not cover money in your own broker account — funds held with Dhan or Zerodha are governed by that broker’s own policies, not ours.
1. Unused wallet balance
If you’ve deposited funds to your Trade Connector Indian Market wallet and not yet spent them on an add-on plan (such as copy-trading follower access, the Telegram auto-executor, or extra broker connections) or a product purchase, you may request a full refund of that unused balance within 7 days of the deposit by opening a support ticket. (Seven days is an example window — confirm the exact window you want to commit to before publishing this page.) Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval, subject to your payment gateway’s own processing timelines.
2. Add-on plans already in use
Once a wallet balance has been used to activate an add-on plan — copy-trading follower access, the Telegram auto-executor, an extra broker connection, or a similar subscription-style feature — that amount is non-refundable for the period already active, because the service has been delivered for that period. You can cancel future renewal at any time from Account settings, which stops further charges without affecting the current active period.
3. Delivered algo products
Where a strategy, algo product, or similar digital deliverable has already been delivered to your account (e.g. added to your strategy catalog and made available to deploy), that purchase is non-refundable. If a purchase fails to deliver due to a technical error on our side, you’re entitled to a full refund or redelivery at no cost — contact Support with your order reference.
4. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment gateway debits you but the deposit does not reflect in your wallet within 24 hours, or you’re charged twice for the same deposit, contact Support with the payment reference/UTR and we’ll investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate or failed transaction within 5–7 business days. Chargebacks and disputes raised directly with your card issuer or payment gateway also follow that gateway’s own chargeback timelines, which we do not control.
5. Withdrawals
A withdrawal request is not a “refund” — it pays out your own verified, unspent wallet balance to the destination you specify, and is processed after a manual verification step (typically within 1–2 business days) to prevent fraud.
6. How to request a refund
Sign in, open Support (also reachable at /support), and create a ticket with your deposit/transaction reference and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
